Calm & Clear is my newest addition to the therapeutic remedies. It is designed to provide a calming effect for anxiety and to help with focus and clarity of thought. It only comes in the liquid rollerball option and should be applied to the temples and to the arteries in your neck where you can feel your pulse. If you are having difficulty falling asleep at night, apply some to the bottom of your feet. It will help "turn off" your brain and help you go to sleep.
